Response time

We read every message. We usually reply within a few working days. Some messages may take longer.

What you can write to us about

• A bug: a tool that does not work, a wrong result, or a page that does not display properly.
• A suggestion: a new tool, or an improvement to an existing one.
• A correction: an error in a text or in the information shown on a page.
• A privacy question: anything about how the site handles data.

How to help us fix a problem

The more details you give, the faster we can check. Please include:

1. The name of the tool or the address of the page.
2. What you expected to see and what happened instead.
3. Your browser and device, for example Firefox on Windows or Safari on iPhone.

Please do not send passwords or other sensitive personal information by email. We do not need them to help you.

Please note that we cannot change your IP address, your location or your internet provider. The site only shows what your browser and connection reveal.
